Ophthalmology Practice

**COVID 19 UPDATE**

We undertake all necessary protocols to protect our Practice, our Doctor, our Staff and our Patients along with their family members and carers who attend appointments with them with regard to risks associated to COVID 19 virus.

Prior to appointment times we check with patients that they are well and not experiencing any symptoms or have been told to self isolate and that they have not been in contact with anyone who has. If any patient is unwell we will reschedule the appointment.

We have hand sanitisers placed throughout the clinic.

Our Doctor and all our staff wear masks and we currently give the option for anyone who enters the clinic to wear a mask if they so choose. This will be in place until further notice.

All our equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each patient with hospital grade cleaners and items like door handles, light switches, eftpos machine are cleaned regularly.

Our chairs are also cleaned regularly and are situated throughout the clinic adhering to the social distancing protocols. We are mindful of the number of people inside the clinic at all times and possibly family members or carers may be asked to wait in their cars if we reach the acceptable number of people inside the clinic.
